Ordering & Pickup

What is the order cutoff time to place orders for pickup?

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup times and dates are selected at checkout. For large or custom orders, we recommend placing your order early to secure availability.

When can I pick up my order?

You’ll select your pickup time during checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready, along with detailed pickup instructions.

Can I change my pickup location after placing my order?

We currently offer pickup at one designated location: Baked to Perfection General Pickup. If you selected the wrong location, email info@bakedtoperfectiontx.com as soon as possible.

What should I bring for order pickup?

Please bring your order confirmation email and follow the instructions in your “Ready for Pickup” email. Your order will be brought to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer shipping?

No. Baked to Perfection operates under Texas Cottage Food Law and cannot ship products at this time.

Do you offer local delivery?

We’re working on offering local delivery for larger or custom orders. Stay tuned!

Product Information

How should I store the cookies?

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Cookies can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Let them come to room temp before serving.

Do you offer smaller quantities or samples?

Yes! Try our Baked Bites, a variety pack of 1 oz cookies. We also offer 2.5 oz cookies by the dozen — perfect for events or smaller servings.

Catering

Do you offer catering for events?

Yes! We cater weddings, showers, birthdays, and corporate events. Choose from:

  • Texas-sized cookies (5 oz)
  • Mini cookies (2.5 oz and 1 oz bite-sized)
  • Brownies, blondies, and banana bread — full or sliced

What’s the minimum for catering orders?

  • Cookies: See Catering Packages for premade packages.
  • Mini cookies: Pre-set variety packs (1 oz), 2 dozen minimum
  • Brownies & banana bread: 2-item minimum

How far in advance should I order?

At least 2 weeks in advance is recommended for all catering orders. Larger events may require more notice.

Special Requests & Dietary Info

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Not at this time.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Most items contain eggs, milk, wheat, and/or nuts. While ingredients are listed, cross-contamination is possible in a home kitchen.
